In this hands-on class, kids will learn about breeds of all types of poultry, genetics and breeding, anatomy, how to care for their birds, incubate and hatch eggs, and create a written journal tracking their chick’s growth, health, and more.

This is an exciting, hands-on experience for kids who truly want to understand and care for birds the right way! If your child is ready to take their first steps into the world of poultry, this is the class for them! 

For children ages 5-12

Please pack a snack, lunch, and water bottle.  Children need to wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or crocs please!)
